Through the Grant Program, the Foundation is able to provide monetary support for needs that may not currently be available in a team’s or Club’s budget. It is able to do so as a result of direct donations and fundraising activities. The Foundation hopes that each of you will join and also urge others to support the Centurion Foundation so that we can continue these great endeavors. Grants for the new Winter Season are due Friday December 8th. Each CF booster parent has a copy of the 2017/18 Grant Request Form or it can be downloaded from our Docs & Forms page.
